Estonian manors
Schwartzen in Kirchspiel Nissi, Harrien

The estate was first mentioned in 1582, when it belonged to the Schwartz'es. Later the estate belonged to Pilar von Pilchaus for a long time. The stone-made manor house was restored after a fire in 1905 in an altered form. The house was thoroughly rebuilt in the 20th century and now serves as a community centre. ´

By the historical distribution the manor was in Nissi Parish in Harjumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Märjamaa Municipality in Raplamaa County.
