The manor, established in 1801, belonged to the von Rennenkampffs. Currently, the single-storey main building, which was most probably completed at the beginning of the 19th century, lies in ruins (after a fire at the beginning of the 1980s).

By the historical distribution the manor was in Väike-Maarja Parish in Virumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Väike-Maarja Municipality in Lääne-Virumaa County.
